Just another day of capitalism

This is exactly the way capitalism is supposed to work. Apparently Ford's pre-tax profit margins have been less than Tesla's, so something must be done! And 3000 workers are let go instead of being retrained. It's a great excuse for bringing in younger and cheaper labor.
