Is there any cap on banker's bonuses in the US?
Everyone knows that the recession is well on its way. The middle class will once again have their homes and jobs taken, as in 2008. Good thing that the bankers that created the mess will get giant bonuses before it all happens! (link) The question then remains: will the banks be bailed out again??
